CLEANING 101
(BASIC HOUSE CLEANING – Every Basic Cleaning Includes)

ALL ROOMS

 

  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures (dusted).
  • Cobwebs removed. Blinds, window sills ( dusted).
  • Moldings and woodwork (dusted).
  • Baseboards (dusted).
  • Lamps and lampshades (dusted).
  • Pictures and knick-knacks (dusted).

 

  • Furniture (dusted and polished) Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted).
  • Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped).
  • Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed.
  • Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted).
  • Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped).

 

KITCHEN

  • Top of refrigerator (dusted).
  • Outside of appliances cleaned.
  • Stovetop and drip pans scrubbed.
  • Countertops and backsplashes (washed).
  • All sinks(ScrubbedAllks /disinfected).
  • Mirrors (windexed).
  • Tub/shower and tiles (scrubbed).

BATHROOMS

  • Mirrors (windexed all the way to the top*).
  • Tub, shower and tiles (double scrubbed if build up).
  • All bathroom counters fixtures (sanitized).Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined).
  • Mirrors(windexed)
  • Tub, shower and tiles(scrubed, washed)

It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate heavy cleaning.
* WE DO NOT CLIMB HIGHER THAN A 2 STEP LADDER. HIGHER ITEMS WILL ONLY BE DUSTED W/ AN EXTENSION DUSTER.
WE CAN NOT MOVE FURNITURE, BUT WE WILL TRY TO REACH ANY VISIBLE PLACES EITHER BY HAND OR WITH AN EXTENSION DUSTER.
MOST HOMES HAVE AT LEAST ONE CHANDELIER OR VAULTED CEILING FAN WE CAN NOT REACH BY HAND.
WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE RESULTS OF MINI-BLIND CLEANING. EXCESSIVE BUILD UP MAY REQUIRE ULTRA-SONIC MINI-BLIND CLEANING (AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST). PLEASE ALLOW FOR SOME DUST RESETTLEMENT AFTER WE LEAVE, WE TRY TO LIMIT THE DUST IN THE AIR BUT CANNOT PREVENT THIS ENTIRELY.

Every Top to Bottom Cleaning includes(Basic Cleaning List)list with detail emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:

  • Cobwebs removed. Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or wiped w/microfiber).

  • Moldings and woodwork, window sills and lock ledges (hand washed or wiped).

  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/our moving furniture).

  • Lamps and lampshades (dusted or vacuumed w/attachment).

 

  • Pictures and knick-knacks (hand wiped).

  • Furniture (polished, fronts, sides and legs).

  • All Doors (washed). Light switch plates (washed).

  • Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed. Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed).

  • Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped).

 

KITCHEN

  • Top of the refrigerator (Hand washed or wiped).

  • Outside of appliances cleaned/inside microwave.

  • Stovetop and drip pans scrubbed.

  • All cabinet fronts (washed)

  • Countertops and backsplashes (washed).

  • All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected).

BATHROOMS

  • Mirrors (windexed all the way to the top*).

  • Tub, shower and tiles (double scrubbed if build up).

  • All bathroom counters and fixtures (sanitized).
